Fasting the Six Days of Shawwal Countdown

Since we just finished fasting the blessed month of Ramadan, let’s keep the momentum going and continue with the six days of Shawwal! Make it a goal for the month as a family or with a friend- encourage each other to get the extra good deeds, bring the Ramadan excitement, and fill your day with barakah, InshaAllah!

We created this printable to encourage kids AND adults to fast the six days of Shawwal and see their progress every day! After completing a fast, simply cross out the number until the chart is complete. For children, have them color it in to make it more festive and exciting.

May Allah SWT accept our Ramadan and fasting of Shawwal!

Abu Aiyub Al-Ansari (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever fasts during the month of Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal will be (rewarded) as if he had fasted the entire year.”
